	This deluxe one bedroom condo is located in the several acre "Kihei Alii Kai" Resort Complex.
	One bedroom features Queen sized bed & lots of closet space behind full-sized mirrored closet doors.
	Living Room features newer & comfortable furniture, carpet & accessories.
	Kitchen features dishwasher, full size fridge with freezer, oven/stove, microwave oven, toaster, blender, and plenty of cupboard & counter space & a full assortment of cutlery.
	Kitchen features lots of counter space... also seen here is the microwave oven, telephone, and coffee maker.
	Spacious eating area features TV, VCR, and Stereo in background.
	4 Pc. bathroom.
The Condo also features (but not shown here) in-suite laundry, patio, ceiling fans, and more.

THE POOL, HOT TUB, & TENNIS COURTS....

	Enjoy the large freshwater pool or hot tub when not at the beach. Sun tanning area (with reclining chairs) around the pool area.

	The grounds also has 2 tennis courts for the exclusive use of the guests... which looks up the slope of the Haleakala hillside.

THE BEACH....

	The condo is located approx. several hundred feet from Kamole Beach#1, Kihei, Maui.
	The Kihei beaches face the setting sun... and regularly offer beautiful sunsets in the evening.
	Maui has become a Windsurfers paradise... Windsurfing takes place all along the various Kihei Beaches.
	This is Kamole Beach #2, which is just slightly south of Kamole Beach #1... and is within walking distance of the Condo.
	Maui offers excellent Snorkeling and Diving opportunities... this little Lava formation that jut's out into the Ocean is located between Kamole Beach #2 & Kamole Beach #3... and is a great place to Snorkel... and is located within walking distance of the Condo.
	Makena Beach is a more remote beach, which located several miles south of Kihei... Makena Beach is popular for those seeking a quieter, more remote beach experience.

SIGHT SEEING & SOME THINGS TO DO ON MAUI....

	There are number of small remoter beaches to explore south of Kihei... in the more remoter Makena / Kanahena area's.
	The more remoter Makena / Kanahena area's offer a unique older cactus forest... unfortunately, recent development has reduced these large Cacti significantly... this picture is from the 1970's.
	The serious Surfer's prefer the North-side of the Island... where the waves can get really big... much bigger than the wave shown in this picture.
	Lahaina is located on the North-west side of the Island, Lahaina use to be a Whaling Village many decades ago... now it's a developed Tourist area, but still retains some of it's historic roots... it is also a base for a number of Charter Fishing operations.
	A number of super-luxury Hotels have been recently developed on Maui... some of these Hotels are a tourist attraction in themselves.
	In the more remote Kanahena area south of Kihei is the Ahihi-Kinau Nature Reserve.
	The Haleakala Crater (Volcano) is a popular tourist destination.
	The Island of Maui has many beautiful plants and fona.
	Inland from the beaches... you can find beautiful upland ranch area's... once up in the ranchlands, you get incredible views looking back down over the beaches and water.
	The Seven Sacred Pools of Hana are a popular tourist destination... this series of fresh water pools collect fresh water that falls into the rain forests of Hana, that then peacefully drains back into the ocean.
	Glass-bottom boat tours also offer Snorkeling and Diving tours to some of the best Diving area's of Maui... in particular, to the little Island of Molokini, which is a Diving Meca.

RATE SCHEDULE:

OFF SEASON - April 16 to Dec 14, $99.00 daily for single or double occupancy, $650.00 Weekly, $2,499.00 monthly.

HIGH SEASON - December 15 to April 15, $119.00 daily for single or double occupancy, $750.00 weekly, $2,999.00 monthly.

Minimum: (1) Week. $100 deposit required when making reservations. Refundable if notified 60 days in advance. Full payment required 30 days prior to arrival. Check In 2:00 PM, Check Out 11:00 AM. Rates quoted in U.S. dollars, subject to change. State Tax 11%.
